02From tree to port

  1. 01 · Tapping face, Pinus merkusii

    Tapped

    Resin is collected from managed Pinus merkusii stands in Java and Sumatra by licensed tappers, then graded at intake.

  2. 02 · Steam distillation

    Distilled

    Steam distillation separates the gum into turpentine and rosin. Each is graded by colour, acid value and softening point.

  3. 03 · GC-MS, lot release

    Verified

    Our lab runs GC-MS on every lot and issues a Certificate of Analysis before anything is packed.

  4. 04 · Export by sea

    Shipped

    We support export shipments with packaging options including drums, ISO tanks, IBCs, cartons, and bags, depending on product compatibility, order volume, and availability. FOB and CIF arrangements can be discussed based on the destination port.
