Ordering & samples

MOQ depends on the product, but typically starts at one 20-foot container (FCL). Contact us for LCL and sample arrangements.

Yes. We send pre-shipment samples with their Certificate of Analysis so your lab can test against your own specification before you commit to a container.

Usually within one business day. Tell us the product, grade, volume and destination port and we will reply with pricing, lead time and the document set.

Often, yes. For rosin, turpentine and specialty chemicals we can grade or blend to a target colour, acid value or purity. Share your specification and we will confirm what is achievable.

Quality & documents

Yes. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA), MSDS, and Certificate of Origin. GC-MS reports are available on request.

Our lab runs GC-MS on every lot and grades rosin by colour, acid value and softening point. Nothing is packed until the lot has passed and its COA is issued.

The figures on our product pages are indicative. The binding values are those on the COA for your lot, and on the specification agreed in your contract.

Yes. You are welcome to appoint an independent surveyor such as SGS to sample and inspect before loading. We will coordinate access and timing.

Shipping & logistics

We export FOB, CIF and CFR from major Indonesian ports to destinations worldwide, with all export documentation handled for you.

Rosin ships in bags or drums, turpentine and oils in drums or IBCs. Packing is chosen for the product and your unloading needs, and is confirmed in the quote.

Production and testing typically take two to four weeks from a confirmed order, depending on product and volume. Transit time depends on your destination port.

A commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, COA, MSDS and Certificate of Origin. Other documents your customs requires can be arranged on request.

Payment & terms

We work with T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. Terms are confirmed per contract based on order size and history.

We usually quote and invoice in US dollars. Other currencies can be discussed for established contracts.

Yes. For regular buyers we agree annual or quarterly volumes with scheduled shipments, so your supply and specification stay consistent.
